Overview and Responsibilities

The Front-End Developer will be responsible for enhancement and maintenance of current platform as well as for creation and implementation of new features.

Basic Qualifications

  •  Design and Architect consumer and internally facing HTML based products
  •  Planning, estimation and prioritization
  •  Work with the Product team on project specs
  •  Convert design to schematic HTML/CSS
  •  Engage in responsive design
  •  Work with libraries such as React & Redux
  •  Ability to work with legacy code
  •  Object Oriented mindset to write reusable code
  •  Commit code into GIT repo and work with other team members on full implementation
  •  Produce clean and well formatted HTML code ( W3 XHTML transitional tested)
  •  Web Browser Compatibility Testing

 

Additional Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in responsive front-end development
  • Excellent HTML and CSS skills. Solid understand of Web Standards a must
  • Proven good judgement when it comes to implementing design
  • Ability to make reusable and fast CSS
  • HTML, CSS JavaScript
  • RxJS
  • Version Control (GIT)
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who conducts him/herself with a high degree of integrity
  • Produce HTML, CSS and JS code to support multiple devices
  • ESI (Edge Side Includes)
  • Basic Python or PHP scripting (loops, if statements)
  • Believes in building high quality products for its entire life cycle
  • Team player that will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment
  • Strong personality when under pressure, and must be comfortable being the voice of dissent
  • Highly motivated self-starter who values accountability
  • Creative problem solver who makes concise and informed decisions
